This year’s AGM is almost upon us and will be held on 30 November at the Rudloe Community Centre, Rudloe (map here), commencing at 6.00pm promptly. There is plenty of parking at the hall and there is a bar available until 8.00pm. There will be the usual ‘bring and share’ supper following the meeting, so all contributions of food will be welcome.
2009 Production Auditions for The Merchant of Venice will take place on Sunday 1st February at the Rudloe Community Centre, with the read-through on Sunday 8 March, also at Rudloe.

Charitable Donations
This year's charitable donation from the proceeds of 'A Midsummer Night's Dream' was £2,500 and was split between 3 designated charities - Age Concern (£1,000), Guide Dogs for the Blind (£1,000) and SARAID Search and Rescue (£500).

Shakespeare Live are winners of the 2007 Rose Bowl Award for "Best Publicity Design" and were placed second for "Best Shakespeare Production". The winning Rose Bowl was presented to the committee at the Awards Ceremony in Weston Super Mare on Sunday 14th October by Eddie Large no less!
The 2007 production of "A Midsummer Night's Dream" is now over. A highly successful production, we've had an overwhelming amount of positive feedback and received the largest number of reviews our company has ever had - and all glowing. Copies of the reviews and other news will be added to the site, so do check back regularly.
