Hello Shakespeare Live!
You should by now have received notification of the Shakespeare Live AGM that is to take place on Thursday 3rd December, starting at 7.30pm via Zoom.
For Shakespeare Live Members, as for everyone, this last year has been less than normal and has led to a number of challenges. The AGM is our chance for Trustees and membership to come together and discuss how the previous year has gone, as well as look forward to the next one.
This year’s meeting will unfortunately have to be held via Zoom rather than getting together in person as we have in the past, but we hope you are all able to join us.
You can join the meeting on the day by clicking the following 'Join meeting' link, which has also been forwarded in our latest email, and please find the AGM agenda, the end of year accounts, and last year’s minutes via the following links, along with some guidance on how to use Zoom if needed. Please ensure you have downloaded these documents in advance of the meeting if you would like to have them to hand as we will not be making them available on screen. Guidance on how to use Zoom will also be uploaded with the link nearer the time for those that are new to the programme.

We are also looking for any news that has happened since the last AGM for what has been called in the past the ‘hatches, matches and dispatches’ portion of the evening. If you have any news you would like to share with the membership, then feel free to email us at Shakespearelive@outlook.com and we will try and include anything relevant in our review of the year.
Likewise, if you would like to be considered to join Shakespeare Live as a Trustee please let us know (emails to the same address). We are a small, friendly group who meet monthly to discuss the management of the organisation and the annual programme. New members are always welcome.
We look forward to seeing your friendly faces for a chance to reflect on this strange year and hear our plans for the next twelve months.
