As we will be meeting lots of people through out the auditions process, this will allow us to identify you when we meet and when we are choosing parts later on. If you don't want to or don't have a nice photo of yourself you want to share we can take one on the day...

Second choice

The Important Bits

Are you handy with a needle and thread and don’t mind making adjustments to your own costume?

Volunteering & Membership

If you are given a part in the performance you will automatically become a Volunteer and a member of Shakespeare Live for the duration of the project.

Volunteering and Membership are currently free. However, a proposal to be debated by our members is that actors should pay a small performers' fee to help offset our high production costs. As a volunteer and member you will gain access to our online hub, where information on planned social events, AGMS, volunteering and acting opportunities are posted, along with other shows our members participate in and news from the company. You can also sign up to receive the above as a regular newsletter.

As a member you will also be able to have your say as to how the company is run and will be invited to join our members only Facebook Group. (This will be separate from the cast and crew Facebook Group created for Volunteers)

A welcome pack and hub sign up details will be sent to you using the email address you provided in this form once parts are confirmed. (please check your Junk/Others folders)

Please confirm you have read the above.

Do you wish to become a member even if you don't receive a part?

Photos and Videos

As part of our rehearsal process we take photos and videos that will be posted on our social media platforms and website. We also have the show professionally filmed and photographed by Owen Benson Visuals, these are at a cost of: DVD £15, Photos: £10, Both £25. We will put round an email about this later in the process.

Your Data

The data we collect from you today will primarily be used to contact you about your audition. On the confirmation of a part (becoming a Volunteer) or signing up to become a member of Shakespeare Live your data will be used as stated in our Privacy Policy.

Costumes

Anybody taking part in the production will be expected to look after their costume in the run up to performance week. If you can't for any reason please speak to our wardrobe team.
